Tri-Vent

The Tri-Vent Plain Tile Roof Ventilation System is an innovative product designed to provide a discreet solution to the ventilation of roof space and of soil and mechanical extraction.

The Tri-Vent is manufactured in UV stabilised high impact polystyrene, and is suitable for concrete and clay plain roof tiles both new and reclaimed.

The Tri-Vent is produced in a three tile format with an upper cover which has a grille formed within the visible area of the tile, and an underbase to collect and discharge rainwater back to the roof.

The 4mm grille allows an airflow capacity of 7,500mm² per unit.  As one unit replaces three tiles no tile or batten cutting is required, the roofing felt simply needs a diagonal cut to allow the throat of the ventilator to pass through.

A pipe adaptor and flexible pipes allow the product to provide an unobtrusive means of soil or domestic mechanical extraction.

Available in smooth and sanded finishes and in seven different colours the Tri-Vent is the unique answer to the plain tile ventilation.
